As we’re getting ready to gather with JC’s family next weekend, I realized that I never got around to posting photos from our fall trip to Snowshoe with them. We rented a house with a great view off the back deck and plenty of room for everyone to play games, watch movies, color, build, and run around.
The weather was misty and rainy–we didn’t take our planned expedition to the telescope at Green Bank–but we managed to get out a bit.
One of my goals was to encourage Petra and Elora to become friends, so we took them into the woods for some special girl time. I think maybe it worked? Petra said, “Elora is older than JJ, but she’s less like a baby.” Progress?
