When I grow up…

It’s official: we have Silas’ first statement of what he wants to be when he grows up. He said, “I will ride my bicycle to work and go to Sunday school and sing with the people, like Pastor Jennifer.” I love so many things about this, I don’t know where to start. It was definitely a surprising answer–I thought he might say he wanted to be a farmer, like our neighbor, or what ever he thinks JC does. I also love that he thinks biking to work is part of Jennifer’s job (he’s seen her riding when we take JC to work in the morning).
